In 1990, I had an MRI after suffering severe dizziness vomiting, and headache and severe and chronic neck pain. I was in the middle of playing tennis at the time. The 1st Neurologist said I had had a Brainstem Stroke. He soon retired after that and my PCP did not think it had been a stroke after looking over the records. He did not know what it was, though.
