Headache

I couldn’t stand the light nor sound. I had my room painted darker thinking this would help. Went and seen Dr’s but I hate taking meds. Got to the point the pain got soo bad the only thing to stop my headache was to cause myself pain else where. Take it from me and hang in there and take your meds., trust your Dr’s. and you’ll be fine.

Good advice, but with blood coming out of my ears for over a month I'm done with pills and listening to my DR tell me how OK I am.
