Hey,

This is kind of embarrassing, but I need to see if any of you can help me with this.

I'm 24 years old and 185lbs, so I am in relatively good shape.

Here's what happened...

I went for a short jog, maybe about 10 minutes and it was hot outside so I worked up a sweat. I went into the bathroom and I overexerted myself in there (that's the embarrassing part). Right after that, I had this incredible sharp pain in my head and I just had to lay down on the floor for a minute. That sharp pain has gone away, but now I have this constant slight headache on the right side of my head. It always feels as if I'm about to get a headache or I will have a headache. It's been 14 days.

Does anyone have any idea of what might have happened?
