Headache

Hello everybody. I have a headache. And i have it since 2005. Every day, from the moment i wake up, till the moment i go to sleep. Sometimes less sometimes more hurts but it is there. I can tell that i had it 365 constantly. After some time, i had a period without headaches, and period when i have then i don't have it and so on. Anyway, i did EEG and everything is ok, i had xray of my neck and spine and i have spondilosys but nothing serious, i just need to stretch my neck. Now, in these last couple of days, it is really unbearable. I can't take it anymore. I have chronic sinusitis and my dr. didn't give me any medications. He told me to go home and drink tee and take care. Ok, i think there wasn't anything that could provoke my sinusitis now, and i don't know why does it hurt so much! I just can not stand it. I took some painkillers, but nothing helps! Please, if anyone can help, i would be more than thankful!
