Brain Lesions?.. symptoms: 32 years old female, in the last two years headache are getting worse, often dizziness lasts for hours (standing or laying down), shudder in the legs and the arms, few times shudder on the one side of the head, some leeway when walking, some pain in the eye and feeling like losing sight in front of the eyes and oscillations, swallowing disorder, anemia high cholesterol, general weakness, trouble with concentration and memory, neck pain ..
.. test results: visual evoked potentials - neuronal lesion intercrossed fibers on the left visual path and also on the whole right visual path, implement disorder in the non-crossed fibers on the right visual path .. .. MRI: supratentorial shown appropriate hemisphere on the cerebrum, with some small oval zone of (demielinization - myelin deterioration) placed subcortical frontal and on the one middle placed of the left thalamus .. .. please, any advice what to do next and in your opinion, is there a suspicion on multiple sclerosis? thanks!
