Headache

Hi everyone. I am 24 years old and have always had migraines and tension headaches since i was a teenager, but they have always been pretty infrequent. Well i've now had a headache everday for the last 8 weeks nothing relieves it and i've tried every otc med quite a few different perscription "headache" meds that don't work the only thing that helps is lortab but my family doc only gave me 20 with no refills. I don't want to be on pain meds forever but i'm so sick of living with this headache its starting to make me really depressed. The severity ranges from day to day but it's everyday. I've seen an ent and had a ct scan and they said that i have some abnormalities in my sinuses that can cause headaches but he doesn't really think that is the problem. Anyways i see a neurologist finally tomorrow after waiting a month to get in but i'm just worried that he's gonna give me all these tests and not give me and meds for relief. I'm just wondering if anybody can tell me what to expect when i see him and advice on any ?'s i should ask or anything. And also these are not migraines for sure cuz i always get aura before and i haven't gotten any of that and it mainly hurts right above my nose in between my eyebrows.
