Headaches can occur for many reasons, including hormonal fluctuations and abnormalities which can accompany disorders such as polycystic ovaries, or normal menstruation. However, I would suggest that you see your doctor in evaluation, and have him or her rule out all causes of headache and come up with a plan for treatment.
