Headache

Hi everyone!

I always get a strong headache when I work on the computer at home for too long and when it starts it doesn't go away until the next morning. As I have a part-time home office job this is really bad for me.
However, I read an article about ergonomic furniture a few days ago that said that ergonomic computer chairs help a lot against these symptoms. Has anyone ever tried them? Are they worth the money?
