I have had pain in my shoulders and neck since 1997. MRI's have shown that I have 2 protruding disc at c 4-5 and 5-6. Over the years this has gotten worse, making it hard to sleep, sever headaches and muscle spasms. It was also the reason I lost my job of 14 yrs 2 years ago. My question is could this be Fibromyalgia? I have a sister with it.

This pain is worse during damp and cold weather and Im so tired all the time because I can't sleep. What can I do?
