Headache

hi,

I have headach for 3 years on left side and there was pain on my left eye, it becomes red during the pain and after the first two years the pain was focused on the right side of the haed and the vision of right eye became paralysis.

cause:

I am sitting to computer 8 hours and some time watching to movies and pictuers, can it (watching movies and pictures) be the cause of migraine?( as i think like that)

If you give me any recommendation for the treatment and deit, that will be your kindness, I afraid to not lose the vision of my eye (or eyes)
