scar tissue on right ventrical of brain

im 19 yrs old and in july i was told i have scar tissue on the right ventrical of my brain. the dr said it was probably caused by a childhoo illness. the only problem is ive never been sick. i've never had a head injury. it doesn't mmake sense. i need answers
