3 wks ago prior to orgasm, i experienced a instant headpain/ache that was worse than anything i have felt. the pain originated at the right base of my head. in my vision was what i can describe as white dripping fireworks. i could hardly move for an hour and have very painful headaches off & on for 3 weeks now.i also experienced this in the past 3 weeks while going to the bathroom. my bp is normal when i go to the dr. everytime i have atempted orgasm since above incident the pain comes on starting in the lower right side of my head and i have not been able to achieve orgasm. my diet has not changed (organic) nor has anything else.
I saw my dr and an mri & mra was ordered both w/ & w/o contrast. they did the mri & mra w/o contrast and when i got out i asked if they were going to do the one w/ contrast and they said no they saw what they needed to see. today my test come back clear but than why would they say that and not do the ones w/ contrast. i am still in pain and do not know what to do. please help.
