How to get the lower number under 90

Post a new topicby Pernell on Thu Sep 04, 2008 3:49 pm

I was taking bloodpressure meds because i was out of shape, just stopped smoking and had poor eating habits. Then i lost weight. I went from 287lbs. to 219lbs. I changed my eating habits, eating alot of celery (google celery for high blood pressure), and also cinnamon (i drink it in water or tea after i grain the stick of cinnamon) as told to me from a friend. Now i cant get my bloodpressure under 120 over 90. The top number i'm not worried about, it's the bottom number obviously. Should i just give it some time or should i get back on meds cause i have'nt taken them in about 3 months? Also, i'm a black male and i'm 27 years old. What should i do?
