High Blood Pressure

hi,
my doctor cancelled a procedure due to my bottom number on my blood pressure it was 101 & the next time was 108. my top numbers are 157.

My machine that I just purchased isn't getting numbers above 93. What do people do to determine if the home machine measures close to the doctor's office they do it the old fashion way by watching the blips in the gage.

any thoughts?
