Potassium Rich Foods That Can Help Lower Blood Pressure

Post a new topicby patricio on Wed Feb 06, 2008 1:21 pm

If you have troubles with high blood pressure it is said that a diet high in potassium can help. There are many tasty potassium rich foods out there, mostly fruits and veggies.
Some examples are beets(cooked), bananas(raw), kiwi fruit, tomato, spinach(cooked), Cantaloupe and even some fish is a good source. If wanting more info regarding this you can check out

or just respond back to me with a message and I can try to help you as best I can

Thank you for participating in the forum. Sorry to hear about your high blood pressure. There is physician-developed and monitored information regarding nutrition on this website at the following link:
http://www.womenshealthchannel.com/nutrition-guide/index.shtml

I hope this information is helpful. Physicians who monitor these forums respond to some posts but not to all, so please continue to post in the forum as you learn additional information.

I wish you the very best.

Thank you for your response and the information in the link.

I have been looking at a patricular coral calcium supplement x http://www.brazillivecoral.com that says coral calcium can help reduce blood pressure. I think it is a reputable product but I do not know much about these sorts of things. Do you know anything about coral calcium supplements regarding blood pressure? or is a propper diet with the right foods usually enough.
