ISN'T THERE A LAW IN CA THAT CAN CHARGE SOMEONE WHO KNOWINGLY PUTS OTHERS AT RISK BY HAVING SEX WITH THEM WITHOUT DISCLOSING WITH MANSLAUGHTER? CNA YOU TELL ME WHERE TO FIND IT

My legal advisor, who has surveyed all the states on this, says that the california law only applies to a person who has sex with another with the INTENT of infecting them. Something hard to prove. Also illegal if they're a sexworker and positive.
You should view every sexual contact as potentially positive and protect yourself accordingly. These laws are essentially useless.
