Just Wondering if you agreeHey there, Kevin here again. Sorry to bother you again but just wanted your opinion. I had the good opportunity to have a appointment with one of Australias leading immunoligists and HIV specialists. He looked at my test results which are as follows. 20 days after exposure the following results were obtained - ELISA HIV 1\2 Antobody Negative with Negative Western Blot accross all bands. P-24 antigen <20 (pg/ml), the doctor says that this is normal and due to background noise in the test alot of people will show something but as long as it's <20 thats fine, Proviral (for HIV -1) DNA by PCR came back negative. The doctor said that the PCR DNA will always come back accurate after 9 days post exposure and the P-24 will be accurate at 11 days post exposure. He said that my negative ELISA antibody tests at (ELISA 1\2\O) at 8, 12 and 26 weeks just hammered it home that I am HIV negative and also my normal T-Cell ratio. Would you agree with doctor even if this was a high risk senario?
