I have this swollen object on the top of my forearm, about 3 inches down from my elbow. It is on the top of the foremarm when my hand is laid flat on the table. Could it be a lymph node? Are there any in the region?

There aren't usually any lymphnodes on the dorsum (the area you describe) of the arm. They're usually on the neck, arm pits, groin. GR
