Because I've answered so many questions in the forum, I'm not sure what part 1 of your question means. For part 2, no, gingivitis and thrush don't always come together. Remember, gingivitis is common in positive and negative individuals, especially people who don't brush their teeth and floss regularly. Other causes of thrush include diabetes, antibiotic use, chemo therapy. Has a doctor who's expert in hiv diagnosed you as having thrush?? GR
