I am 29 years old and had taken Ketaconazonle when i was 22 years old for 8 days. And took it as Anti-fungal a few other times too.

I havent ever been able to ejaculate. My psychological and test level diagnosis is normal. Can Ketaconzole be the cause? Is the effect reversible?

Ketoconazole causes decrease sperm production. You should be able to ejaculate. You need to see a urologist to evaluate why you cannot ejaculate.
