I have never been able to ejaculate, either by masturpation or having sex. I have nocturnal emission since around 15 years old though, once every a couple weeks to a cople of months. My primary doctor says if I have emission then I'm ok, but still... I'm 34, married. I can erect and conduct intercourse for 30 minutes but nothing comes out. I googled a lot but didn't see any case like me. What could I do? My wife and I want a baby...
