Fertility

Post a new topicby xblek on Fri Oct 12, 2007 8:26 am

I do take some protein powder three times a week after my training. Dose any body know, if protein powder consumption has any negative effect on sperm cells production.

Thanks

My husband was taking Super Pump 250 & was told by his urologist to stop taking it until after we got pregnant, and not to take it for 3 months before trying to conceive, as some of the additives are not tested for effects on fertility.

Interesting, but it doesn't sound like the protein was the issue but the other ingredients contained within the supplement, thanks for sharing
