Infertility

I am 31 years old with no children. I recently did an at home semen analysis and it showed below normal motility. I am just wondering what the next least expensive step would be to find out what is wrong with me. i would also like to know if there are any supplements that may help me

I would get a formal semen analysis done and go from there. Don't know of any supplements but if you have a varicocele ,http://www.urologychannel.com/varicocele/index.shtml ,present fixing it may improve your sperm quality. Also Clomid 25mg each day may help as well, good luck

One more quick question, I went to the doctor a few months ago because I have a bulge on the right side of the pubic area. The doctor said it was not a hernia. She claimed it was just a large muscle. Do you know if that would have anything to do with varicocele? It's been there since I was a child. It's kind of weird because if I hold my breathe and push, it will expand, kind of like an air pocket. If that makes any sense.

A varicocele should not cause what you describe and are usually on the left. With out examining you I don't know but it certainly sounds like a hernia
