Hallo Dr.William:-
from 3 Months The doctor made to me an Operation(Bilateral Varicocele) and Now after 3 Months, I made Semen Analysis
as follow
Microscopic Examination:-
Sperm count 77.2
Motility
After Liquefication 75%..
After 1 Hour 70%.
2 HOUR 65%.
Linear Progressive 50&47&43%
Spermatogenic cells 3-4
Abnormal Forms 28%
Sperm agglutination +

N.B BEFORE Surgery Motility after liquification 45% and abnormal forms was 65%.
I'd like to know your Valuable comment and if there is improvement in my case or need more time or another Surgery and your valuable advice for me to improve My fertility including Medications if My case need Medications
