I have been diagnosed with IC because of pelvic pain and other symtoms, frequency, slow stream, etc; in the absence of infection. For over two months I thought I had an intestinal blockage, causing severe abdominal pain, gas, cramping, constipation, anal cramps, slight fever, chilling.

Please could you tell me what medication you are on and how you changed your diet. I have read various leaflets and info on web about dietary changes that are suggested for people with IC and can't possibly imagine being able to make such drastic changes to my diet.
