my name is holly and i was diagnosed at the age of 13 and i am 19 just like you. have you ever checked into your diet... if not there is a lot that you shouldnt eat.. the only thing i can sugest is to go and get a diary and document everything you do, eg eat activity exctra. witin a couple of weeks you might be able to tell that when you eat, drink, or do something your sumptoms increase i dont no but i hope it helps you! have you ever been for a hydrodistention..
