I just want to thank those who responded and with the words of encouragement it did help a little, I did alot of research when I was first diagnosed, my family calls me the queen of research =) I am doing everything that I am suppose to be doing the diet the meds you name it I am and have been doing it, the light streching, it just seems that nothing is working.
