Interstitial Cystitis

It started out as UTI symptoms but they couldnt find any infection....they put me on bactim and I seemed to get rid of some symptoms like back pain and crampiness, but the vaginal PAIN got worse. I had to go off the Bactrim after 4 doses and Im on another antibiotic now.....but my main symptom in vaginal pain and burning. Extreme pain. I dont really have bladder pressure. Its been about 5 days of this so far....

Any thoughts?
I am going to a uro-gyno next week......my gyno found nothing.
