I'm in pennsylvania & the author of the book on IC is Dr. Robert Moldwin.

I go for my first appointment on Thursday, His office told me the first appointment is an hour long, so It seems like I'll get time to bring the things up I need to.

Depending on what part of NY your in my PA doctor isDr. Robert echenberg in Bethlehem, pa & it's not too far in the boarder of NY/Pa

Hi,
Dr. Moldwin was very nice & spent nearly 2 hours with me. We talked about my records I brought with me, my pelvic pain & previous physical therapy. He did an exam, I don't have IC, I have pelvic floor dysfunction, my pain is more of a muscle issue and with urine retention. After I changed back he came in and gave me his thoughts and wrote what he wants me to have done. He wanted me to have a kidney scan to see if urine was backing up and I'm to have a neuological exam.

Dr. moldwin was terrific, I have a hard time getting answers from his office. I'm waiting for test results, since my exam on May 19th. I needed help getting prescription for PT and I had to call & fax 3 times to get the ladies to fax my prescription so I could start PT.

Dr. Moldwin is very calm, thoughtful, and doesn't mind explaining things. I wish I had went in less nervous, He wrote a list for me to do but since I'm out of state trying to find someone here to do what he wants and I live near lancaster and am finding more people in philadelphia.
