Q: What is the best mamogram machine with the least amount of radiation and best resolution? What unit and what make?

Q: What is the best Ultasound machine and resolution for post mammo?

Don't what know a "post" mammo is. And there is no best mammography machine. Good brand names include GE, Toshiba, Marconi, Philips, Fischer to name just a few.
All the studies are not in yet, but it appears that digital mammograms are better than conventional ones.

I was mistaken, I thought you wanted to know about mammogram machines. Now I know what you mean by "post." Best ultrasound machines include GE, ATL and others. The problem is that these companies are bought up by one another so quickly that it is hard to know who is who anymore.
There are now a few dedicated mammo ultrasound machines which are particularly suited for this application.
More than the machine, who will scan you, how competent/experienced is that person and we haven't even talked about the radiologist yet.
