Hello,
I agree with you that meditation has its own benefits it helps us be calm and lead a peaceful and focused life. .I was not dedicated once I started practicing meditation I enjoyed its benefits. I have been practicing meditation to manage stress, anxiety and depression. I have been able to manage it to a great extent.I happened to come across a website [moderator note: website address has been removed] it had all the information how to manage stress, anxiety and depression to lead a peaceful and focussed life. I would suggest people who are looking for information to manage stress and depression in their life effectively to have a look at this site to benefit as I did.
