Have been reading about baloon_hot water type treatment as well as treatment to cauterize/burn off endometrium etc. Actually D C me is difficult as I have I underts as a strycturla/engineering problem, where my OS is not easily accessible. re is always a danger of piercing into peritoneal cavity unless someone is really lucky. I would like to know if all se new treatments like endometrial ablation/baloon stuff, inserting scopes stuff is possible someone like me, OS entry problems.. I have measured an outflow of 8 ozs of stuff during my periods am not interested in taking any kind of estrogen/progesterone stuff. I read about all se new methods it seems OS being weird, a choice is not re. Incidentally, I have undergone 2 pregnancies, both were C-sections, because of OS thing very little dilatation. Pl advise & thank .

Suranga, an endometrial ablation or balloon procedure involves the the same procedure as a D&C as far as acessing the cervix. It would just as difficult as the D&C in your case. It otherwise is a good procedure.
