Hi,
I just wanted to increase awareness for really good Hot Flash relief remedies.
My mom is going through menopause and still in the professional workforce. I tried the towel and it was alright but I found Restore hot flash spray worked better. I was skeptical of both but the towel is really a temporary solution. I found that restore works much much better throughout the entire day.

Sure beats cold showers and HRT.
