I started using Estrace cream when I got a lot of urinary tract infections last year. Recently, I've begun spotting and breakthrough bleeding. Is this related to the Estrace? I've had a history of this type of thing when I was on the pill.

Hi, I have read everything I can find on estrogen creams and spotting seems to be a fairly common occurence. However, I would mention it to your doctor at your earliest convenience.
