I have been a long time sufferer from Migraine.I suffered a Hernia on the left side of the body,which required an operation.Soon after the stay in hospital,I noticed a reduction in Migraine attacks.
Having attended Biology classes at school,I remembered that the left side of the brain was responsible for the right side of the body and the right side of the brain,the left side of the body.
