Migraine

I was 22 years when I first suffer Migraines Now I’m 44 years.
It starts as pulses in the back of the head (at the right side of the neck), then severe pain around the right eye and the eye turns into red-color with continuous crying-like teardrops. Nasal severe pain. And right side of the head is going to almost explode.
The attack lasts around 1-2 hours, and it is so severe that I can not do any thing, I can not sleep, seat, stand…etc.
