I have a slight headache during my periods monthly I am 46 years old and had them for 36 years I have increasing white matter lesions(increasing yearly for last 3 years, yearly MRI due to pituitary tumor watching lol) I have been told due to migraines my headaches are minor and only during my periods, I don't even take anything for them.....are these true migraines and can they cause lesions??? any input mucho appreciated...........Kim
