I have just been told that I may have PID although I am not suffering from any symptoms. Can anyone tell me: if I do have PID, is it OK to exercise? By this I mean gymnastics, squash, jogging etc. - or does it class as 'vigourous movement' of the pelvis?

Any advice would be great
