Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)

I feel like my pain is just getting worse, I know it is, it is the worst I have felt. Is that normal I have heard some people say that it just means that the medicine is working. My temp keeps going from 97.3 (which is weird for me) and 100.9. I just feel so sick, I have pains going down my legs (hip area) now... the doctors told me once before that I had PID but I have never felt like this...I feel horrible and it is kinda scarring me...what I would like to know is is this all normal, or should I be going to the ER right now??? Please someone help me!!
