PMS confusionFor as long as I can remember I have had pms I was always told it was just a part of being a woman and unfortunately there was no cure. As I get older the symptoms get worse and of course the consequences of it are more devastating. Re: PMS confusionI am 47 years old and have been told i am going through the perimenopause.The trouble is horrendous PMT for three weeks of every month which is ruining my life,it includes very heavy sore breasts even though i only weigh 7 stone,theyfeel like lead weights when i move!also constant headaches,tiredness/exhaustion,anxiety attacks,very angry all the time,trembling/shaking.I work in a customer service desk in a large supermarket where i have to smile at all times which feels impossible.I also feel cold all the time,wear thermals even in summer! any ideas for a cure for all this,does anyone have any experiences of a similar thing.do you think going on the pill would help or HRT?
Re: PMS confusionthis is crazy..i cant concentrate on my studies..depression,anger..what not..im very frustrated these days..its gettin worse..i dont know who to tell..and where to get help.i do not want to b in pills..im trying the diet n excercise..but its not helping me either..sometimes i want to kill myself...im not trong enough to do that..but still that thought/feeling is killing me..any help out thr?
