Hi, i'm 14 years old and i've had my period for about a year or two now. And since my first symtoms of pms i have had extreme moodiness where i get into these depressions and can't get out of this funk. I'm not like this all the time just around my period is when i sink into these depressions. What would you classify this as, and how should i treat it?
