About 4 months ago I started noticing
that right befor I start my period
my tonge will have a burning feeling
and I get sick and vomit during my periods is this normal?

This is not normal and I cannot assume this is pms .When you get the symptoms I would go to your doctor so he can see the tongue and give you an opinion.
