PMS

My poor daughter seems to enter a semi-insane state when she is premenstrual, sometimes almost suicidal, sleepless, just really REALLY bad PMS moodiness, and I was wondering whether anyone had experienced anything this severe, and whether anyone had found any medications or supplements or whatever to help at all.... Thanks for any ideas....

Birth control pills may help, the new one Yaz seems to help some women with these issues, good luck.
