Am I pregnant? Sixteen, I need advice.

I need advice; I'm sixteen and I think I'm pregnant. I had sex on January 1st, I have been stressing that I may be pregnant. My breast are very tender, my stomach gets upset but no sickness, or am I just stressing to much? I was due to have my period the 20th and I didn't get it. I get very bad pains in my stomach area and below it above my vagina am I pregnant? =/
