Sweating and sudden temperature swings

Hi,
I just wanted to share a really good Hot Flash relief remedy. I'm in my 2nd pregnancy & my mom is going through menopause We found this product online called a Frosty Towel to help with hot flashes......no gimmicks, no crazy claims, just an all natural & inexpensive useful product. It comes in discrete packaging, truly works well and has really helped us keep from sweating through our clothes. They might help you too.
