It all started when I injured my right foot. Doctors called it a mid foot sprain. I had X-Rays done and it was confirmed I was told that I would have to be on crutches for 4 to 6 weeks. During that time my leg would go very cold, I needed to keep it elevated it felt like all day long and ice it. There was no circulation going to my foot at all.
