Advise pregnant with twins!

I'm 15 i will be 16 before the babies are born. I gradute from high school this year and start a local college next fall. My boyfreind doesn't want anything to do with me. My family is helpful but i don't really know what to exspect.

I'm not asking about what i should do with the childern i have already decided to keep them but i was looking for advise on what to exsect to deal with raising them.
