i just found out that im pregnant and i don't know how to tell my parents. my older sister knows but how should i tell my mom

Take a deep breath and be honest. I'm sure it will be a shock, but she'll be glad you felt comfortable enough to tell her yourself. She will also be able to help you get the support and prenatal care you and your baby needs. Best of luck to you. Keep us posted, we can all learn from each other.
