The obvious thing to look for is not having your menstrual cycle. After that you may feel soreness or fullness of your breasts. You should probable get a pregnancy test, you can buy one at the drug store/pharmacy.

first missed minstral cycle fullness and soreness of breast to the touch nausia overly tired frequent urinating and wait about a week to two weeks and go buy a pregnacy test they all work the same and are simple if you miss more than one period go to the doctor because most likely you are pregnant the hcg level is just not readable thats what the drug store test read but if you just miss you that may mean that you just didnt ovulate that month

I have the same fear that im pregnant but i cant tell for sure. I have been going to the bathroom frequently for the last week and my doctor thinks it's a urinary track infection but the medicine she game me isnt working! I'm tired a lot but other than those two symptomes I'm fine.
