Placing a valve on ureathra to control incontinanceI had a radical prostatectomy about 18months ago robotics. Have very little control when I am active. I am considering have a valve placed on my ureathra with the release placed in the scrotum. Has any one had this done and how sucessful is it. I have used both Squezze-it and Cummingham clamp but am looking for something more permanent.
Re: Placing a valve on ureathra to control incontinanceI too am trying to find someone who can relate actual experience of thi artificial Spincter valve, however they seem to be few and far between.
